This is a picture I've been working on for a little bit and I finally managed to snare the final render!. I suppose I'm a little overly finnicky with my work but in this case I was very happy with the way it eventually turned out. There were a few problems I had with the previous render.
For one, the model looked entirely fake. I still can't get my head around how it rendered so poorly but I'm going to risk a guess at the material of those clothes and the hair, which wasn't strand-by-strand this time. Also, I used a pre-made model for the ship which had a horrifying texture (A pox upon you, e-on!), so I used a different model and just gave it a chrome texture, which came out pretty good. Our two suns, Cain and Abel, are now more visible too, which was a must since they're one of the larger subjects of the picture and are essential for the mood. So it didn't take nearly as long as I was afraid it would, which was great. The eventual render came out smooth and I am happy with the results well and truly. |

These are some samples of an upcoming piece of work, Adam and Eve, part 1 of a two part prehistoric man set. It's based around bible references tied into darwinist views of man's history. It needs work, the skull is still far too Homo Sapien for me, but here you go. The beginnings of a Homo Ergaster, an early ancestor of man! |

So I've taken a slight time out recently to think about some things affecting me. Up until recently I've had almost no belief in anything spiritual and certainly not in any form of afterlife. This is unusual for me, a man who has often theorized and hypothesized about what said 'afterlife' would be like |
